Child Support Guideline Review

Rule 32(G), Alabama Rules of Judicial Administration, provides that at least once every four years, the child support guidelines and the schedule of basic child support obligations be reviewed, to ensure that their application results in appropriate child support determinations. The following are documents reflecting the activities of the Supreme Court's Advisory Committee on Child Support.
