What we do…
The CSIT Helpdesk is responsible for fielding calls requiring phone assistance;
the setup and installation of new equipment including, but not limited to pc’s,
printer’s, scanners, including the software for functionality; the timely repair
of trouble ticketed equipment received from user’s in the field; the creation and
updating of pc images, the installation of approved business software; the support
and troubleshooting of all Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications, creation
of AD/Email accounts, and completing assigned trouble tickets, managing AD/Email
accounts; processing equipment request for users in the field;
