Aged Reports on Criminal Costs, fines and Restitution as of 9-30-12 |

Aged reports reflecting the status of the collection of outstanding criminal
court ordered costs, fines and fees along with court ordered victims'
restitution have been posted on this page. The reports also reflect amounts
collected in cases referred by statute to the District Attorney’s Restitution
and Recovery Units by county. The reports have been aged by time (six months,
one year, three years, five years, ten years and since the inception of the
Unified Judicial System), and show totals as of the end of the 2012 Fiscal year
(specifically September 30, 2012.) |
